Account data : This data includes the information that is required to create your account. If you are unable to provide this data, we are unable to offer you our services.

Content data : The content we receive when you share it on our services. This includes:

• Titles
• Lists
• Audio

Communications data : When you contact our support team, report concerns, provide feedback, and or respond to surveys, we receive information from you that is necessary to support you and improve our services. This may include: 

• messages
• photos
• identifiers 
• other relevant information 

Connection and Technical Data

• IP address, account creation date, last login, terminal equipment and port. 

Interaction Data

• Followers, followings, requests sent, requests received, comments, saved posts, posts shared, post reactions.

Usage Data : actions performed, time spent on platform, content viewed, contact interactions, deletions, blocking, application crashed and event logs. 

Device and Equipment Data : device type, operating system version, language preference.

Camera and Photo Library : You are able to create an account without allowing access to your camera and photo library. Without allowing access to your camera and photo library you will not be able to share or create posts and upload photos. 

Geolocation Data : To share posts on Letsgo you will have to share your location so that the content can be verified and deemed authentic. All posts will have a location tag. Your location is also needed for recommendations and filtering.

Address Book Data : You will have the option to grant access to your address book so that you can find and connect with friends. We will connect you with your contacts through the use of phone numbers; the contact information you share with us will not be shared outside of our system. Your contacts will not be used for any other purposes aside from connecting you with friends.

Operation, Improvement, and Provision of our Services :

• To create an account for you, 
• Receive and display content,
• Identify content or accounts that may interest you, 
• Ensure that our services are being used properly, 
• To make progress in improving them 

Safety and Security : Ensuring the safety and security of everyone that is using our services. Measurement and Analytics : Measurement of our service, this includes performance of the application and usage patterns to help improve and develop our services. 

Communications : The contact information you provide us with will be the information we will use if we ever needed to communicate with you. 

Research : Research and development are essential elements when it comes to improving your experience. When doing research we will be sure to ask if you are interested in partaking in it, if you participate then you will share information for research and development. 

We only share information when it is necessary to provide you our services or it is required by law.Employees : When it comes to providing you support, we will have authorized employees who may have access to your relevant information; this is to better serve you.Other users : When you share content through our services, that content is available to your followers or the public depending on your privacy settings. Letsgo will NEVER sell your data, but we may allow others to use it to enhance your experience within the app. This may include:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to help us operate the App, such as moderation, customer support and ensuring users comply to our terms and conditions.
• Social Media Integration: If you choose to link your account to third-party social media platforms, we may share information with those platforms in accordance with your settings and permissions. 
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, and respond to lawful requests from government authorities.

Account Data : Your data is retained indefinitely until account is deactivated, personal data will be deleted upon deletion of account. 

Content Data : Retained indefinitely until account is deactivated, or if content is removed by you.

Communications with Support : Retained for no longer than 24 months 

Connection and Technical Data : Retained for no longer than 24 months 

Interaction Data : Retained for no longer than 24 months 

Usage Data :  Retained for no longer than 24 months 

Device and Equipment Data : Retained indefinitely until account is deactivated

Camera and Photo library : Retained indefinitely until account is deactivated, or if content is removed by you. 

Geolocation Data : Retained indefinitely until account is deactivated, or if content is removed by you. Address Book Data : Retained indefinitely until account is deactivated, or if content is removed by you.

Notifications : In the setting of your account you can choose and control what notifications you receive from us.

Access and Correction : You can access and edit your account information and content through the App's settings.

Block  User : You can block users who you do not wish to interact with, you will not see any of their content and they will not see any of yours. You can unblock previously blocked users at anytime.  Suspend Account : You can choose to suspend your account, suspending you account will remove it from being on the platform but will save it for if you ever choose to un-suspend it. 

Delete Account : You will have the option to delete your account at anytime, you will be given two options, delete it right away or delete it in 3 days. After a account is deleted there is no undoing the process. You can find the deletion option in your settings. 

• Delete your account at any time through the settings of the applications or by contacting privacy support
• Understand who we share your data with
• Get a copy of your information by contacting privacy support
• Correct your information within the application or contact privacy support
• Appeal a decision related to your account or information by contacting privacy support
• Ask a question about our privacy practices by contacting privacy support 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or other means, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
